All services booked through Monica Mason Beauty are charged in full upon booking confirmation.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, Zelle, cash, or other approved payment options where applicable.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows are subject to a non-refundable $45 cancellation fee.

The remaining balance may be applied toward one future rescheduled appointment at management’s discretion.
