Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment with Monica Mason Beauty.

All services booked through Monica Mason Beauty are charged in full upon booking confirmation.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, Zelle, cash, or other approved payment options where applicable.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or no-shows are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee.

The remaining balance may be applied toward one future rescheduled appointment at management’s discretion.
